The Vermont Agency of Agriculture is conducting a general survey of processing needs for all farmers and food producers in the state. This survey should provide an overview of current gaps in our processing infrastructure, adding details to existing concerns and showing areas of need that may have been overlooked. It will act as a supplement to recent regional or product-based studies and a starting point for groups that want to do new research in a particular area.

By following the “Take the Survey” link you will find more details and a survey in online PDF form. You do not need to print this out. Pressing the submit key at the end of the survey will enter your responses. If you would like a paper mail version with postage-paid return envelope, please e-mail Helen.jordan@state.vt.us.
