Maple Nut Candy

4 cups pure, Vermont maple syrup
ΒΌ cup butter

1 cup cream
1 cup chopped walnuts or butternuts

Preparation:

Heat syrup, cream and butter to 240 degrees
Add nuts
Remove from heat and stir until the mixture starts to thicken
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased and let cool
Then enjoy!
