Kelly's Kitchen - Recipes of the Month

As we head into hunting and Thanksgiving time. Consider old fashioned mince meat. The Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets, The Vermont Fish and Wilidlife and the Barre Fish and Game Club held a mince meat workshop this fall using a host of Vermont products and venison. We also heard from a number of Vermonters who sent us their old fashioned recipes. We are proud to share them with you.
