Tier II Pesticide Reporting

Community Right to Know Program: Pesticides
Class “A” Dealers, Licensed Companies and Non-Commercial Facilities are required to annually report storage of pesticides at your facility during the past calendar year to the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets, your Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) and local Fire Department.
Please refer to the links below to determine which pesticides your facility needs to report and what needs to be reported. Remember, if you did not store any pesticides at your facility during the past year, please report "no storage" in the comments section of the form. You may either submit electronically or print off the reporting form and mail it to the Agency.
